A little late in doing this, but for those that don't know, I recently left OMD UK after 2 and a half years to join Initiative, working as a Partnerships Manager across the Amazon account.

It was a tough decision to leave such an amazing agency and I'll always be grateful that's the place I started my career in media.

However, it felt like the right time for a new challenge. I'm now in my 7th week and absolutely loving it at Initiative and look forward to what lies ahead.
